Shows
You may have come across it a few times on this website already – especially if you’re also interested in the gardens.
During the high season (from 31 March to 31 October), special events take place on most days of the week: the Musical Gardens and the Musical Fountains Show. The Musical Fountains Show takes place on weekends and in the evenings, while the Musical Gardens are held on weekdays.
During the Musical Fountains Show, all the fountains in the Gardens of Versailles are switched on. The water seems to dance to the rhythm of beautiful Baroque music playing throughout the grounds.
As evening falls, the gardens of the Palace of Versailles are completely transformed. Fountains and groves come to life through colourful light and sound effects. The lighting and music are carefully choreographed by professionals, resulting in a truly breathtaking show.
The fountains in the palace gardens reveal their full splendour, spraying and shimmering in time with the music. This spectacular event is also known as Les Grandes Eaux Nocturnes, or The Great Night Fountains.

Whether or not you plan to attend a show, this full-access ticket is more economical than buying separate tickets for Trianon and the gardens or the shows.
Night Show: Only for the Night Fountains Show, which takes place on Saturday evenings, you always need a separate ticket. You can order it here.
